Our tire was irreparable and the staff went above and beyond to help us out… even drove to a tire repair shop 5 miles away and then installed the  new tire for us! I pulled in to their lot around 5:00 pm with a failing emissions system, and they did not hesitate to give it a look.   I was very worried about the cost and headache of getting towed downstate to my regular shop.   But the lads here at Fick & Sons gave it the once over, said ‘heck yeah we can fix this’ and sent me over to the Super 8 for the night. Next morning they ran to Farwell for the needed parts, and (two Arby’s meals later…) I was back on the road home.   No tow, no hassle, and the truck is running better now than it has in a year! Counterman Bill Anderson called me in a day or 2 and said he found me a compatable, new, replacement for $75.00. I didnt expect that. Picked it up today and my engine/trans is installed today. Headed South on I 75, we called one location, and they would not provide service because our RV was over 7 yrs old.  They gave me this company's name.  I called and they said to come right in.  We stopped at 12:00 and were on our way by 3:00pm.  Great service, had the parts in stock. An considering the urgency of the situlation, their prices were very reasonable.
